Red Fang’s “Dirt Wizard”

Man, am I the only person disappointed in the video? After the pure awesomeness of the last few Red Fang videos, this one feels positively pedestrian.

When considered against other bands’ videos, this is a totally solid road footage/live footage video, but I can’t help feel that it doesn’t live up to their previous work. Red Fang remain, however, a fucking awesome band.

Pug Destroyer: the best t-shirt inspired by pugs’ pig vocals ever

This morning Pig Destroyer posted this awesome t-shirt on Facebook. I shared it with a bunch of friends because it is ridiculously awesome and then took the plunge and preordered one. Why? Because I am a grown up and can make my own god damned decisions, thank you.

What’s better is the video that inspired it of pugs doing pig squeals to a death metal track.

Murder Construct’s “Red All Over”

Have you been listening to the new Murder Construct record? If not, why the hell not? If so, it’s pretty awesome, right?

For those who don’t know, Murder Construct is a deathgrind supergroup consisting of members of Cattle Decapitation, Intronaut, Exhumed, Jesu, and a bunch of other heavy bands you’ve heard of. A couple years ago they put out a 7 track self-titled EP that acted as a total tease to what could be an incredible album experience. Thankfully the album was just released this month and it fucking slays.

The video above is exactly what you’d expect: fast cuts, blood, violent imagery, darkness. It’s awesome.
